  1. Day 1

    Arrival - Negombo

    Transfer from the airport to Negombo. Overnight in Negombo.

  2. Day 2

    Negombo - Sigiriya

    Drive north (approximately 3.5 hours) via the Dambulla Cave Temple. Overnight in Sigiriya.

  3. Day 3

    Sigiriya Rock Fortress

    Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress in the morning. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Sigiriya.

  4. Day 4

    Ritigala Forest Monastery - Kandy

    Morning guided nature walk through Ritigala Forest Monastery, a remote ruined monastery deep in dense jungle. Transfer to Kandy in the afternoon, visiting the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Overnight in Kandy.

  5. Day 5

    Knuckles Mountain Range Hike

    A full-day guided hike through the Knuckles Range's cloud forest, waterfalls and highland villages. Overnight in Kandy.

  6. Day 6

    Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

    Drive into the highlands (approximately 2.5-3 hours) via a tea factory tour. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

  7. Day 7

    Horton Plains - World's End

    Early walk across Horton Plains to World's End. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

  8. Day 8

    Nuwara Eliya - Ella

    Scenic train from Nanu Oya to Ella. Visit the Nine Arch Bridge on arrival. Overnight in Ella.

  9. Day 9

    Ella Hiking Day

    Choice of Little Adam's Peak or the longer Ella Rock hike. Overnight in Ella.

  10. Day 10

    Ella - Kanneliya

    Drive to Kanneliya (approximately 4 hours), part of the Kanneliya-Dediyagala-Nakiyadeniya UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Overnight near Kanneliya.

  11. Day 11

    Kanneliya Rainforest Trek

    A full day trekking with a naturalist guide through the reserve, spotting endemic birds. Overnight near Kanneliya.

  12. Day 12

    Kanneliya Night Walk

    A second day at Kanneliya, including a guided night walk for nocturnal and endemic species. Overnight near Kanneliya.

  13. Day 13

    Kanneliya - Unawatuna

    Drive to the south coast at Unawatuna (approximately 1.5 hours). Overnight in Unawatuna.

  14. Day 14

    Unawatuna at Leisure

    A free day on the beach. Overnight in Unawatuna.

  15. Day 15

    Departure

    Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (approximately 2.5 hours).
